Trump has been trying to get along with China since the start of his administration. He really has been almost bending over backwards to get China's help on North Korea and even attempting to help with regards to trade. Now that China's cards are all on the table for everyone to see, how does he attempt to navigate the geopolitical waters from here on out?
The tensions are mounting between the two nations. The Chinese government led by the communist party is fully prepared to "fight to the end" as one official put it.
Everything is on the table now. Any negotiations or talks about any issue now involves everything and I mean everything. Trade isn't simply about trade it's also about power and politics and particularly geopolitics. Every move is calculated to see how it plays out for the rest of this century and beyond. China, led by the communist party is determined to rule the world and become the top power in the world replacing the United States.
How will the Trump administration respond? Trump will now begin to play hardball. The sparks will begin to fly between the two nations and North Korea, as it's highest defector has said, will never give up nuclear weapons.
